We also deliver fully funded improvement apprenticeships and can help you access levy funding to cover training costs.
At Harvard QMS we understand that training should not follow a "one size fits all" methodology. As such, we aim to be as flexible as possible in our approach. We will always aim to meet with you first to find out exactly what your needs are. From there we can create a bespoke training package and, if necessary, work with smaller groups or even individuals to ensure that everybody goes away with the needed skills.

I am also adaptable and innovative with many years’ experience of structured problem solving, cost reduction, continuous improvement and project management, working for large multinational organizations as well as small and medium enterprises and therefore able to empathise with a range of businesses, understanding many of the issues they encounter and having the ability to adapt training and advice to suit those needs.

Experienced in reviewing and implementing new processes and systems to streamline and enhance internal operations, and leading change management processes.
